I had never purchased vertical blinds…
I had never purchased vertical blinds before and was hesitant to purchase online without knowing the company. I should not have worried. Ordering was easy, expressing full details, excellent follow ups allowed me to prepare for the delivery. I was delighted when the blinds arrived, followed the fitting instructions on the website, and they are delightful. Have now placed a further order to complete the set. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Thank you for your review, Juliet! 😊 We’re really glad to hear the blind was cut exactly to your measurements and is working smoothly — especially for a smaller window.
We appreciate your patience with the delivery time, and we’re happy to hear our updates helped keep you informed along the way. Noted on your comment about the material — we aim to balance quality and lightness, especially for more compact spaces, but we’ll certainly keep your feedback in mind as we continue to improve.

Zen shade purchase
Excellent service from the company. Once ordered the blinds are manufactured and you get regular updates as to progress and exspected delivery. The blinds are manufactured in Europe but this Is not an issue just takes a few extra days to arrive.
Once they arrive they are easy to install. Clips are easy to fit and blind frame snaps into position easily.
Definitely consider this supplier if you need a blind over 2.3 meters wide
If you have any questions the customer supports is quick to reply

Excellent service from Zen shades
Excellent service from Zen shades. Very easy ordering, with clear guides for those who don't know how to measure the space, or fit the blinds. Emails throughout on the progress of my order. Delivery timings were as outlined in the confirmation email.
The first blind was damaged in transit, but Zen were very responsive and immediately arranged for a replacement to be made up and sent.
The replacement blind fits perfectly and is ideal for our 2.5m wide window.

Hi Alick,
We’re very sorry to hear you haven’t received your free samples. Just to clarify for anyone reading — your order was for free fabric samples, which were dispatched the very next day on 28th August via Royal Mail.
It appears the original envelope may have been lost in transit, which is unfortunately outside of our control, but we wish we had known sooner so we could have resolved it earlier. We were unaware of it until you left your review.
We’ve immediately sent a replacement set of samples via tracked & signed delivery, which should be with you within the next business day as soon as we found out for the issue. We’ve also reached out to you directly via email and offered you a compensation as a goodwill gesture.
We hope this shows how responsive and committed we are to making things right.

Blackout blind needed
I followed the measuring instructions for a rollerblind, in recess. I received the blind in reasonable time and condition, all parts included. The blind fits o.k in the recess. My only concern, is the pressure needed to pull the blind up and down. Will the cords snap in time?

Réponse de Zen Blinds
Thank you so much for your 5-star review, Ruth! 😊 We’re glad to hear your roller blind arrived in good time, was easy to install, and fits well in the recess.
Regarding your concern about the tension when operating the blind — it’s perfectly normal for the mechanism to feel a little firm at first, especially with new blinds. However, rest assured that all of our products come with a 5-year warranty, so if anything ever does go wrong, you’re fully covered.
We’re always here if you have any questions or if you’d like us to check anything further — just let us know. Thanks again for your support and trust in Zen Shades! 🪟✨
