Ordered SmartVision™ AI-Powered Adaptive Glasses and I received cheap Bluetooth audio glasses! I spent two months arguing with them and never got a refund.
I have reported this to VISA today.
These are just ordinary Chinese scammers.

I ordered a 3-D Dino - Blanket. Cost $29.95 then I paid for the upgrade of $9.95. Lo and behold I received a square piece of flannel with dinosaur prints on it. Was not 3-D, was not thick, was not cuddling soft!!! I tried for 2 1/2 months to get a return address and a refund. Surprise surprise nothing! They asked for a video to show them the problem with the product . I sent one - still no answer. I explained how disappointed I was and if that little piece of cloth was the upgrade, I would hate to see the regular. Never ever order from this company!!!!!

What is represented on line and what you send is totally different. Your company should be shut down by the FTC .

Well to all who have purchased from this company there is light at the end of the tunnel. It’s a bit long but it worked for me. Start a charge back with your bank card company. Keep all emails from the company including the description of what was ordered, there 30 day gurantee for a full refund if your not happy etc etc. Stop communication with the company at as all you will get is a standard reply over and over again. When they ask you to stop the charge back and they will rectify the issue do not stop as you will get nothing. The return address they will give you is a POBOX address which is just a small house in the middle of nowhere and no one lives there to receive the returned item and then they will say they did not receive the return so no refund. Don’t waste you money or time with this route. CHARGE BACK is your only option. As I said this in a previous post this is a scam company who get there products from china, a $2-$4 product with no features and just glass in the frame as I had mine tested and there is no prescription or features for automatic adjustment etc etc. Be aware this is not the only company name these people have. They also go by the name of nivalil or something like that and many other names. Just a big scam. I hope this helps people not to buy these products anymore and to also get your money back via CHARGE BACK method. It works as I got a full refund after a bit of a wait but it’s worth the wait.

CHARGE BACK via card company, not PayPal as they are useless at getting your money back. CHARGE BACK IS THE ONLY OPTION THAT WORKS.

Wish I could give zero stars! No vision enhancement at all … Smart Audio Glasses. I found the exact same product on eBay for 26.99, but they’re not even worth that! Zenvixy is nothing but common criminals!

Ordered a product. Received different product, contacted customer service, was told that I got what I ordered. though the receipt and the product in hand DO NOT MATCH.

Zenvixy has the worst customer service in the World.They respond to emails every four days with a prescripted message. They ask for vidéos as proof of crappy items ( Smart Glasses)...by the way dont waste your money.Shipped from China for a US company. There arent any live customer service reps..( They claim to always be busy). Bought glasses before Thanksgiving , they do not work and stll getting run around going into the New Year. Buyer beware if you do not have money to throw away , shop elsewhere...Xenvixy is a proffessional scamming company..Wouldn't recommend them to anyone, anytime, anywhere !!

As the other reviewers, I paid for AI Smart Adaptive glasses and received Smart glasses instead that are "translation" glasses. They do not adapt to your vision. I didn't order these glasses. I sent proof 3 times of what I ordered and paid for All I have received is a thank you for sending proof or this is exactly what you paid for This company is a complete scam!!

Received glasses have no vision adaption properties.
Left me with opinion it is a complete scam.
Received "SMART Audio Glasses" not "SMART Vision Glasses'. Glasses took many weeks to arrive from China.
Instructions were non-readable (needed a magnifying glass) and one paragraph and basically useless.

Did not send the correct product. Just getting the run around after iv'e sent positive proof of the mistake on there end. I've tried to negotiate in good faith but to no avail. Currently trying to get a refund through Pay Pal

I saw a pair of AI Smart Glasses that were supposed to #1. Adjust to your vision so you could see perfectly.
#2.Have miltary grade lenses
#3. Have frames with cameras to film & find
#4.The list go's on and on.
They sent me a box similar one I ordered with "Smart Audio Glasses" inside and these were a strep away from garbage , no they were garbage . I plan to contact facebook and complain to them that they regularly allow these shysters a place off there traSH
