They only negative thing is they advertise tht your income rather thn your credit is wht they look @? However my income states over a 100k yet they said my credit score 640 was to low?

We understand this was frustrating. While income is an important factor, approvals are based on a broader review that can include debt-to-income & debt-to-credit. We understand the outcome was disappointing and appreciate the opportunity to provide that clarification.

Everything went pretty smooth from start to finish. She explained everything very well. We had a lot of options and she went through all of them and helped us decide what was the right fit. No complaints here
