My experience with this service has raised serious concerns and multiple red flags that make it feel like a scam.

I paid for digital advertising services based on their assurances, but the service was not delivered as expected. After repeated follow-ups, I requested a refund.

I was initially told the refund process would take 10–15 days. Even after waiting, no refund was processed. A specific refund date and time were later committed, but that was also not honored.

The constant delays, unfulfilled promises, and lack of accountability strongly indicate a pattern that raises serious doubts about the legitimacy of the service.

I have complete records of payments and communication and have now moved forward with legal and cyber complaint processes.

I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before making any payments.

This is scam company

This is scam company, they took money for our ad account and not adding balance of 1000$ in our ad account. I am attaching all the proof here. they are not even replying to our chat after stealing money from us. do not trust them and do not purchase their agency account. they will steal your money and go away.

I had a great experience with ZenZ…

I had a great experience with ZenZ Media. I purchased their meta agency ad account and also took ad management services.
As a dropshipper, my ad account used to get banned frequently, but their agency account is stable and ban free, which really helped me scale smoothly.
