Online order worked out great! I needed a product that would keep my aviation documents combined in one place. Happy with a product and would recommend it!

I ordered a wallet with engraving, was charged for a wallet with engraving, got a plain wallet. I called their support number, but it doesn’t work, it just takes you to a voicemail box that you can’t leave a message for.

Update: The wallet WAS engraved afterall, it just was done so very faintly (and the leather I chose has some texture so you have to have it in the right light to see). The wallet is fine, I wouldn’t pay for engraving if I knew what I was getting. Quick response from the company after I posted this was appreciated, though I still wish they had a proper greeting and voicemail box on their “support” phone number. I wouldn’t have left a bad review if I had an inkling that it was a legit company interested in helping resolve my issue.

They said my order went through but never shipped my order. Also I didn’t know I could add engraving until after my order was submitted. I’ve had no updates on my order since I’ve placed it.

I reached out by email to ask about a product and I received a response within minutes. Great customer service and super helpful. High quality product meets my needs and expectations. Overall a really easy and quick experience ordering from them.

This website is a scam website. Don’t put any of your details or sensitive information in this website as no it’s acting that they are. Argos didn’t have any kind of program with this kind of. Rewards program is this kind of valuable gifts it’s not logical to collect iPhone 17 for the price of a
£8 and then all happen that you find yourself by paying this £8 for subscription of shit application oh shit game they are not honest. Argos had to protect its brand.

Overall a good experience. Exploring the website to choose various options was more challenging than I expected but a phone call was quickly answered by someone who spoke and understood English and answered my questions and even assisted me in applying a discount I missed. The shipping was a bit longer than I expected and while the quality of the ProII was good, honestly I would recommend stepping up to a higher quality leather.

I AM FURIOUS WITH THIS COMPANY.
In my personal experience, their so-called “customer warranty service” is an absolute disaster. I have never dealt with anything this infuriating. Sitting on hold for almost TWO HOURS with no human being in sight? Completely unacceptable. And the last time I called, I waited for over an hour, they closed, and nobody bothered to contact me afterward. Not the next day. Not ever.

To me, it honestly feels like they have no real support at all. And after what I’ve gone through, I have zero confidence in their products or their ability to help customers. The frustration this company has caused me is unbelievable.

At this point, I WOULDN’T BUY ANOTHER THING FROM THIS COMPANY IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT.
