Zerenia Clinic Avis 

I'm devastated, I've tried to do the right thing and I'm still now technically a criminal, when if prescribed the exact same thing I am not? I'm going to be even further discriminated against by my GP and treated as an addict instead of someone self medicating as a result of this now being on my medical records. I wish I'd never even attempted to get it legally.

I'm devastated, I feel like I've made my life worse and my relationship with my GP will be even worse than the discrimination I currently get due to having BPD. Now I'll be seen as a drug abuser also, you literally cannot win. Don't bother.

I have been with Zerenia for nearly a year now and they have been great every step of the way. Friendly staff, friendly and understanding doctors who seem to actually care about your health and wellbeing. Admin staff are very quick to help and support with any issues I have. Would highly reccomend.

Just incredibly poor service. Lies, mistakes, belittlement, you name it these guys are at it.

There are better clinics.
There are cheaper clinics.
There are more honest clinics.

Go elsewhere. Patient for over a year, experiences are my own.

This clinic is absolutely useless have changed my appointments 3 times in the space of a week PLEASE PLEASE stay away from them people try INTEGRO if you use the grow range you cam get it cheaper with them along with cheaper prescriptions honestly people zerenia is run by a bunch of gangsters STAY CLEAR there complaints procedure is a joke also

I have been using Zerenia for Medical Cannabis for about 9 months now. The staff are polite and the service is great.
Always reply to email and I now find this quickest way to get response as they have appeared to have got very busy last 3 months.
I have a consultant at Zerenia that keeps an eye on my health.

I would highly recommend Zerenia and staff and the pharmacy that they use to dispense my cannabis to Northern Ireland.

Distribution to NI took few weeks to get right but now monthly prescription like clockwork.

Very surprised that I am the first to leave a review on Trustpilot (although there are lots on Google) but I do believe that the Great British Public and those further afield may trust this site a tad more than Google!
However....I can honestly say that Zerenia Clinics really have changed my life for the better and it has been a long time coming.
I have used Cannabis for medication illegally for many years to control Chronic Pain from Spinal Stenosis, (I am 60yrs of age). I was referred by my NHS Pain Clinic to a Medical Cannabis Clinic and after a bit more research, I decided on Zerenia after speaking to a very nice lady who shall remain nameless as I have not sought her permission to use it in this review. My treatment from start to date has been nothing short of Fantastic from my video conference with the doctor to getting me on the road with my "Legal Medicine", nothing is too much trouble for them. If you are looking for a Medical Cannabis Clinic for help or you already use it on prescription and maybe looking for a better clinic then I would urge you to give this clinic a try. You will not be disappointed.
