Thank you for your review.
I can confirm that for a claim to be successful, we require as a minimum, a check in/check out report or dated evidence clearly showing the property before the tenancy and after the tenancy so they can be compared.
Unfortunately in this instance we haven't received dated evidence however I can see we have given you a further opportunity to provide this.

Your services are not transparent and straight forward.
The hidden charges were not communicated not until the start of the contract.
So, the communication was poor
