Sometimes you see an ad on facebook and you have an exchange with the sales team and you wonder how any of these scam companies make money. I just want to protect people from this type of exchange. The offer video mentions a guarantee. My hearing is not the best and I asked if they had a transcript of the video. This is the response I got...:

SALES: There is subtitles an all info also in text on the page. This may not be a fit for you

Me. Goodness, lets be in sales and be a jerk. I want to make sure I am looking at the right company. (I was looking for trustpilot to see if there were any positive reviews)

SALES: (they sent me the correct trustpilot link)

I have to listen to the video ultra loud to try to hear everything and still there is mention of a guarantee, but nothing specific at all. Nothing in the subtitles with any more detail. It just reads if the bot does not perform as promised but no mention of the bot's benchmark/s.

Then I asked...:
Says on website if the bot does not perform as promised you will offer a refund. Please tell me in simple terms what the promises are, thx. the video also said the
exact same phrase that

Just a warning. Any company that will not take the time to answer a basic policy question about a guarantee is a huge red flag and clearly does not care at all about any customers genuine trading progress. STAY AWAY.

I can not imagine the owner of the company wanting this type of service for such an obvious and fair question.

I paid the $17 to gain access to the advertised indicator. However, I never received access. Once you pay the $17 they immediately try to upsell you to their "premium" indicator. When I selected the option to bypass the upsell and just get the basic $17 indicator that I had already paid for it would not allow me. It just kept reverting back to the option to select the "premium" indicator and that was the only option they gave me and I absolutely was not willing to pay for the upsell. I only wanted the basic $17 indicator that I had already paid for which I never received.
