I placed an order on the 28 of December 2024 and I was told that my I will receive my order within 48 hours,they send email telling me that my order was complete bt I didn't receive anything yet,now I'm really worried if I'm going to get parcel or not🤦‍♀️,can someone help me understand

I placed an order recently and chose first class delivery. 2 days later I was still waiting for my package, and on the 4th day I started texting the company with no Response. On the 6th day I emailed the company and that’s when they decided to answer my texts and eventually my package was dispatched and got it exactly 8 days after ordering. No apologies or refund to my first class posting. I wish I had checked the reviews on this platform first before placing orders with them. Will not recommend anyone. Order at your own risk.

Avoid this shop at any cost ,first it was something missing on my order and then wrong item again .lf you don’t have instock listing it as in stock than to replace it with anything you want.You don’t reply emails or the WhatsApp messages also.MaZimba chiiii hudyire pese pese .

Bought 4 items with second class signed for delivery, very fast (came 2 days later), packed with a lot of care and a freebie! Will be recommending and buying from again, shame stock seems to be low otherwise I'd buy one of everything!

I am so dissapointed may oder hasn't arrived I paid for a quick postage first class but from the 11th up to date am just pissed.

Terrible website. Cannot purchase items that are apparently in stock. Keeps returning an error that the items are not there to fulfil the order. Do better people

Don’t buy from this company very unprofessional and they don’t deliver on time. I have ordered products from them paid first class delivery still not received my order. I will never buy anything from them l gain. Poor customer services and business management.

DO not buy from this company. Placed an order which I Paid first class delivery for last week & it’s still not arrived. It should have arrived NEXT DAY! Emailed them several times no response. Very typical.

Do not use this company …I’m still waiting for my order to be delivered. It’s already 3 days late though I placed it on a 1st class delivery. All I keep getting is an apology every day but still no delivery . I’m going to wait and see how long it’s actually going to take and will come back and update this review…
