We were really frustrated and surprised by your feedback, especially knowing that we in fact worked on your case for more than a month - 1.5 months, to be precise.
After three weeks of searching, we informed you that we were unlikely to find a property matching your brief and budget, as no such property is currently on the market. You advised us to continue the search without any compromise to your requirements, despite knowing the market was not offering what you wanted.
It is not accurate to say we randomly sent links from Idealista. We searched all possible public resources as well as off-market listings, and we proposed the properties that best matched your criteria. In total, we managed to arrange around 10 viewings for you.
We deleted all chats and the Notion page after issuing the refund and closing the work. However, you then attempted to contact our employee directly (a very unethical act) to continue the service independently, which is unacceptable to us.

UPD: Maxim, that is not true. We deleted the chats only after informing you of our decision to terminate the service and issuing a full refund. The delay was solely due to the banking transaction processing time. We did not delay any other action. We are glad you found a good apartment. Good luck!
