I ordered a personalised bag but I got it without personalised. When I contacted then the lady was over polite. Saying she will call me back but now no response. So I highly frustrated and request people not to buy from here anything

Sham Company do not order from them

the website shows a US Flag on it and Shows it as As California Company. I ordered two pieces and it tooks 2 weeks to ship. Neither of the pieces fit and when i asked to return them i was told i had to ship them back to China for a cost of $ 25. to $ 50. dollars. That it would take 3-4 weeks .... Or i could keep them and get a 10% discount. The two pieces were $85.00 ...so i can get $8.50 and keep them or return and get $ 30.00 dollars back. This company is horrible. Do not buy from them.

Brilliant Support

Their platform is excellent, their support is even better. Any problems (normally my fault) I have they are there to help within minutes. Very pleased. Keep it going.

Really impressive ecommerce/hosting combo

I've been on Zoey for a year and am really impressed with it. Everything works very solidly on both the CMS and hosting ends (and I love that it's just one bill for both those aspects of my website). The flexibility Zoey gives when it comes to changing product attributes and configurations is really nice - way better than Magento in my opinion. Zoey also has good support documentation, and their support staff always replies really quickly and helpfully when I need that extra level of help.

I love my Zoey website

I love my Zoey website. It is very clean with seldom any problems. Have experienced almost no down time in the two years I've been using them. Their customer support is outstanding - quick and thorough. A Zoey website is not cheap, but the best never is. I consider it money very well spent.

Great for Wholesale and Retail

We use Zoey for our wholesale channel. We have doubled the number of stores since we started using Zoey just 3 months back. Zoey accepts the order and payment and sends the order to shipping queue. It also helps us 'Bill Later' option that we use to bill some customer manually. We love the advanced features that Zoey provides us like customer groups, pricing based on groups, price tiers, Tier Pricing Across Variations. Zoey support and customer service is very responsive. We tried a few different solutions in past and have found Zoey to be a perfect match for our business.

Great value, stability, and UI

Zoey's platform is stable, easy to use, and a good value. It uses many of Magento's best features and improves upon them and/or makes them easier to understand and work with.

Zoey's use of page templates and product attributes makes it very easy to do things on a per-product or per-category basis. Their knowledge base and support team are both excellent and make developing e-commerce sites attainable for both advanced and novice developers.

Web hosting is included in their service and seems very reliable. My site has had almost no down time since I launched 2 months ago. Note that they do not provide you with web server access (which I haven't needed so far because their admin tools have a lot of options).

Since Zoey is relatively new, there aren't a ton of apps for it out there as of this writing. I'm sure more will be hitting the marketplace as Zoey cements its place as a legit and popular e-commerce platform, but I would suggest checking out their available apps for whatever 3rd party services you need.

One little thing that would be nice to be changed

Zoey made some changes a while back that really made things a lot easier. What I wish could be done is when someone is paying by credit card, it would be great if they could still reference a PO number on their order, but at this time they aren't able to do if they choose credit card for their "payment method."

Zoey is an amazing ecommerce platform. I was able to create my own store in a month from the scratch. The support was also superb.
