I didn’t like my account being hit on payday right after midnight before my paycheck hit. I think it happened a couple of times, so perhaps timing of the auto draft can be changed.

My rep, Norm Bouchard is a massive asset to me and our store! Even though there is a large time difference between us, he still makes time to answer calls! This level of customer service is valuable, especially for a new store trying to grow revenue.

I was qualified and received over $1600…
I was qualified and received over $1600 in buying power. When we went to the customer service to complete transaction, I was told my approval code was invalid. The Bailey’s Furniture sales person wanted me to use a computer instead of the app to do my application. The sales person Charlie want me to go to online site and reapply. I had to leave store. Later, I tried to apply again. The system would not accept my application because the phone number had been already used for a transaction.
After calling customer service at Zofinancial, the confirmation code sent to me was valid. I will never buy anything at Bailey’s Furniture again. I had the feeling the sales department did not want my business.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Paid off my loan through this company before my payment date and they still charged and overdrafted my debit account even though the company provided me a receipt paid in full. Specifically asked them to make sure my debit card was not charged yet they allowed it to happen anyways. I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor and was told one was not available. I was told two different things by two different people and was told that they would not be able to get back to me until the following week which caused my account to accrue multiple overdraft charges as I was unable to make it to bank in time to fix the issue due to my work hours. When my furniture was delivered they did not even make an attempt to get furniture into the house and was left with my brand new furniture sitting outside my house. Terrible customer service from the first two people I spoke with. Will NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! Would not even help me find a solution.

Terrible place
Terrible place. They took a payment early and when I asked for a refund I was told by the customer service rep she would have to talk to her supervisor and call back. She never called back. My online account shows every payment was paid late. I’ve never missed a payment and I’m on the payment schedule THEY SET UP! When I ask why it shows that all I get is, “I’m not familiar with our website.”
