Casual support = lack of customer confidence
Apart from installation problems and a Laissez-faire customer support, Would I really want to install this App from Albania in my phone?

Hopeless support - no response for several months after raising ticket for Zoiper premium on ipad.

I have tried to use this app on 3 different phones, I have also paid for the pro version, but it won't stay connected, just keeps saying "registering" and I have to keep restarting the app.
It now also keeps ringing but there is no way to answer the call, nothing pops up.
I have had a ticket open with support for 8 months which I have been chasing and chasing, but they refuse to reply to any of my emails for the last 6 months, so needless to say I think the support is basically nonexistant.
Zoiper 5 softphone free version was strongly recommended by internet provider Teksavvy. It worked fine at first. Lately however, for 6 months+ the app opens with notice "Zoiper 5 has crashed!" Zoiper still works as an answering service by emailing me incoming messages. No longer works to make calls. If this is a typical free-user experience, I can't imagine anyone is upgrading to the paid version.
using ZOIPER with my home "AVM FritzBox" (that is an ADSL modem-router-device with VOIP / SIP softphone functionality); and i am overall satisfied with the app, it is under most conditions reliable when it comes to incoming calls. Only i whish they would make a push service without having to pay for it (i get like 1 call per month so a paywill for a push function is not really attractive); have to keep the app in wakelock which somehow drains battery but the reliability is more important. Currend phone is Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro. The SIP registry is my FritzBox which has a public IPv4 (and public IPv6) and i can use TCP over UDP. With so many softphones around, i consider ZOIPER as one of the best, please continue your work.
in long term i am interested in direct IP-to-IP calls! As IPv6 now AT LAST gets more popular (e.g. my provider in Austia offers my phone a public ipv6 and NAT ipv4) i wonder if direct ip to ip calls can become attractive again. Rather than Dynamic DNS solutions maybe as a feature request i can propose some kind of zoiper-like DNS? Anyhow, please keep going, you're doing a good job!
The product itself is the most value for money softphone in the market. (I am using the paid version Not perfect in many ways but far bettter from the free alternatives and much cheaper than the vary professional ones.
In addition to that they have a great customer support. Quick, clear and hrelpfull answers
This application is quite good. Using the free version for now and it seems like it is working pretty fine at this point, the problems are actually that the paid version offers a lot of useful features which are not available in the free version, which kind of sucks a bit but we can live with that. Parking customers on the line and the internal chat feature in the free version would actually really great to see, but you need to pay for the servers to store the data, so, I think, I am asking for too much in this case, who knows=) At least, when you need to transfer a call to somebody in other department, you can use the phone combination for that, which makes all the things quite easier for the everyday use but still costs a little bit of more time, and all that time customer of mine needs to spend on my personal hold before I will transfer him to somebody from my team.
All things considered, I had a very good experience with the app, was a little bit struggling with the set up of the program and whitelisting my IP in order to use the program but still I find it very good to use overall.
One of the cons that I have seen with the application is that when you are receiving the notification in the notification center on my Windows 11 Laptop and when I click on it, nothing happens, I am not being transferred to the Zoiper window directly, and in this case I need to manually go to the Zoiper window myself in order to continue to use it or take an inbound call from any of my customers who are trying to reach our company via phone.
Thanks for the devs team for creating a very good software. Still a way to go but so far so good!
Zoiper 5 app on desktop is absolute rubbish and unusable. Huge delays, people almost finish their conversation by the time the line even activates.
App che non serve posso solo chiamare, in recezione non squilla. Disinstallo subito.
Was not so thrilled... The program took me a few days to set up with my voip system, ultimately I got a desk phone hardwired to my router and it worked 1000% better. Recommend hardline over cell phone.
Acqustato Zoiper licenza Professional per l'azienda, a parte il fatto che la licenza costa un'esagerazione (un semplice softphone che costa 50 dollari???) ma la cosa peggiore è che non puoi spostare la licenza da un PC all'altro. Quindi se vuoi scambiare i PC, ad esempio dalle vendite all'amministrazione, ti devi comprare un'altra licenza e spendere altri 50 dollari. Assurdo! Se un tecnico vuole fare delle prove di comunicazione si deve comprare una licenza e una volta finite le prove non può spostarla sul PC di un altro operatore. Se hai un PC in ufficio e poi vuoi regalarlo a tuo figlio, ti devi ricomprare la licenza Zoiper perché non potrai più utilizzare quella che hai installato sul PC che regalato. Abbiamo scritto più volte per cercare di risolvere questo problema ma nonostanet abbiano dei prezzi incredibili non rispondono alle richieste dei clienti. Per me è un software da evitare, se volete usare la versione free ok, ma la versione a pagamento è una fregatura.
