No one cares as lomg as u pay

Tickets for issues are closed after no action for 7 to 8 days no drinking water been asked to walk down and get water if needed no water for bath several times and if there is a electrical issue waut for someone to die before someone wakes up to take action ...the promise many things but even a normal pg is better than zolo

Too overpriced with too little amenities and complex check-in process.

Too overpriced that too with too few amenities. Without including food and electricity also you have to pay a lot for even a double sharing room.

Complex check-in process due to which you might miss some crucial details like the "rent package structure". I got trapped in this . For first month the rent was around 13k on which I got some discount but due to the plan I had chosen the next month I had to pay 16k for rent plus electrictiy bill.

Not recommended .

I have worst experience in Zolo

I have worst experience in zolo westro in Chennai.
1 No sefty ( who ever want to come they can come they can leave every night outside is leaving and doing parties
2.No security
3.No proper maintenance
4.Ur things will stolen.and when u will give complaint to customer support they will say zolo is not responsible for this

Zolo Townhouse Balewadi Pune — Rent Fraud, Fake Eviction Notices, Harassment and Attempted Illegal Occupation.

I moved into Zolo Townhouse Balewadi Pune in February 2026. My rent was confirmed in writing by the previous property manager as ₹10,528 for February, ₹10,528 for March and ₹13,160 from April onwards.
Without any notice, consent or explanation I was charged ₹13,657 for March — an overcharge of ₹3,129. In my last month I requested that the April rent be adjusted against my security deposit of ₹14,000 to account for this unresolved overcharge. This was a completely reasonable request. Zolo refused without any explanation.
What followed was weeks of harassment by the property manager:
He repeatedly told me formal eviction proceedings had been initiated. I have every email Zolo sent me. Not one of them says eviction was initiated. Every single one says "to AVOID the initiation of eviction proceedings." He fabricated eviction proceedings in writing to frighten me into leaving.
While my belongings were still in the room he attempted to move another tenant in. When I refused he threatened to physically throw my belongings out citing unpaid rent as justification. He said "don't take any responsibility" — meaning he was prepared to destroy my personal property and accept zero accountability for it. He only stopped when I cited Section 378 IPC for theft.
At one point he explicitly admitted "we cannot do anything you have to exit from the property" — confirming he had no legal authority, yet continued harassing me daily regardless.
I asked him to stop contacting me multiple times. He continued anyway.
No formal eviction notice was ever received despite weeks of false claims.
Screenshot everything from day one. Save every email. Get every rent confirmation in writing. You will need it.

The rooms lack proper hygiene & bed bugs🐛

The rooms lack proper hygiene, and they may provide misleading information about the property. They also tend to charge additional amounts under the name of extra electricity bills and maintenance, and
Most problematic issue is that a large portion of the security deposit may be unfairly deducted.🤬🤬🤬
