They are making fake videos using a friend of mines image. She has been enduring a decade long battle with kidney failure and is on dialysis. This video is AI and claiming she’s cured by using their product. How SICK IS THAT!!! Zooone is going to be prosecuted and bankrupt. FRAUD.

They scammed me out of money. Never sent me products and horrible customer service. I've been emailing them since November 2025 and they keep saying sorry for the delay. I asked for a full refund. No response after that. Horrible I spent alot of money just to try these products!

I ordered these and after trying them for 2 months they do not work. Also, they put me in a subscription that I did not ask for.

I ordered a product advertised as Renue NMN. I was charged by Zooone and like everyone else on here, never received any product. My order was placed on November 4th. It is now February. I had ordered Zooone products before but they did nothing as advertised and yes, tried to put me in a subscription. I only ordered the new product because it said it was a different company with a high Trustpilot rating. BBB here I come. I few more people come on with the same story and we will have a class action lawsuit.

Ordered Nov 4 2025 and have not recived the product. Everytime i contact them they say they are backed up and offer me a percentage back. I have asked multiple times to cancel my order and send a refund and they refuse.

DO NOT ORDER!! SCAM. Order placed in November 2025 never received package as of January 2026. First contact told me my order was in transit. Second contact to company, offering discount on next order, as if I would let them scam me twice!! My Third communication to company, no response back. Guess I've lost $75

Total garbage company . I ordered last year in november still haven't got anything and its halfway through January . I should of know ordering anything thats advertised on facebook . Last time I was hooked up with someone on there it was mooathon wealth society who promptly stole 2000 dollars from me . At least I only got 40 dollars into this . It seems alit of people are having the same problems .

Omg I didnt sign up for a subscription but somehow they said i did. I just wanted to try it. The product is total rubbish. I have literally tried 3 times to cancel this thing. My first message was November 25th they said it was canceled. Then they sent me another batch and said it was the final.one as i didn't give them enough warning. They have now today sent me another batch saying the same thing but offering me 25% off. No no i dont want this product for anything. Its now 6 weeks later its now January 15th and I just got another notification that they are sending me more. Ive even deleted my credit card information from my account and threatening calling the authorities but they still send it. DO NO BUY THIS. I NEVER REVIEW THINGS BUT THIS COMPANY ARE CRIMINALS!!!

This is a scam company do not order anything. Celivida does the exact same thing. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

Not really sure what the issue is with this company. I placed an order on November 23. As of this date on December 28 have still not received my order.
I’ve attempted to contact them numerous times via their website and email.
Save your money save your time save your frustrations. I would not recommend this company for any type of order.

Ordered on November 19th as of December 18th the tracking said in transit. Emailed the company and they said it was delivered. I have a ring doorbell nothing was ever delivered! Buyers beware. I had to call my credit card company!

I wish I'd come to Trustpilot before I bought any items from this rotten company. I didn't sign up for repeat orders and yet they kept shipping to me. The email address on their website didn't work for contact and the messages I've tried to send via their website have had absolutely no response. Not sure if that's the case now. I've had to go via Paypal to cancel everything. Still have to see if that's worked. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I got another shipment I didn't order, the product itself doesn't do anything been taken it for 2 months .still nothing, no difference does nothing for me!

I ordered Based Supplies Tallow & Honey Balm from ZooOne, and received a knock-off product. I know this, because I got the real stuff the first time, from Based Supplies, themselves.

ZooOne sent me something that looked similar, but was obviously a scam. The product inside the jar was a greenish lotion. Real Tallow balm is yellowish and a "balm". I'm working on getting a refund, but I doubt it will happen. The person who emailed me back was named "Brittany Murphy". Yeah, right.

They signed me up for reoccurring shipments without my consent.

It’s been three weeks since I placed my order. They haven’t shipped it yet and every time I reach out to them they just keep offering me a 10% discount. I just want them to cancel my order and give me my money back. I don’t know where it’s shipping from but if it’s coming from China, it’s not going in my body.
