Zubie Avis 

Doesn't work as advertised - the Check Engine feature is useless (only tells that the check engine light is on, doesn't give detailed info) and the locations feature isn't accurate enough to be practical. Very disappointed.

Arrived 1 day before stated day of delivery. Quality product, does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

I don't know who you are or what you are selling.

Really was hoping for a better working product, some times it works and others not so much. Truthfully I also use another app that is free with phone tracking and it is just as good. Will not be renewing.

GPS and WiFi failures are the most common service experienced

Support team is great. My only issue is the location of the Zubie in my vehicle is dead center under the steering wheel, so if I brush my leg across it when entering or exiting the car, it can knock it just enough to disconnect it. This is only an issue due to the location of the port it plugs into, Im sure on other vehicles with a better/more tucked away port location this would not be an issue.

My experience was ruff the service to retrieve information was spotty customer service was not very customer orientated

We love the Zubie interface.

Zubie is an excellent device the interface is well-thought-out.

This thing has not worked for months. It’s the 3rd one where gotten and they are all junk now. Worked fine back when we started and and I loved it but not doing this no more.

This has been the best choice for our family, as we have an elderly relative with dimentia and this enables us to ensure her safety, if she tries to drive.

I love it perfect for young driver parents.

Web site information difficult to navigate and decipher.

It worked for a few months, and then stopped working. First we were told to put a piece of tape in to hold the SIM card, then finally told that the device was no longer supported by Verizon. At least the gave us a refund, albeit prorated.
