They lure you in with glamorous old photos, but what you actually get is a filthy, broken-down apartment. Everything is falling apart, and the staff are shockingly rude and unprofessional. It feels like they stopped caring years ago. Even the air seems tired.
Here’s what we experienced:
1️⃣ Paid over €1,500 for a one-week stay.
2️⃣ Found dirty floors, broken furniture, and closets full of someone else’s stuff.
3️⃣ The so-called “manager” ignored our calls and insulted us when we asked for help.
4️⃣ Tried to negotiate a refund with photos as proof — they refused and called us liars.
