Problem Solved

It took rather a long wait getting through to a member of the technical team , but once I got through and explained what the problem was it was quickly resolved, only given 4 stars because of the waiting time

Maxine was really helpful

Maxine was really helpful. I. Couldn’t get our broadband on. Maxine went through everything and sorted the issue, promptly . She was very polite and ensured everything was back up and running

Issued resolved

I had a few problems with canceling and payments taken out of my account but I was very happy that on the last call things got sorted out on the day. The problem got resolved.

Reuben was very helpful

***update***
Had to call back 24 hours after my first call due with WiFi issues . Thankfully I was put through to Reuben again who was super helpful and talked me through a solution. Although not 100% fixed . We now have WiFi running today and will wait for engineers to check issues on the line . Again thank you Reuben for assisting me today

Bethan was very helpful.

I had a problem with my broadband so I called customer services and spoke to Bethan. She was really helpful and patient, explaining while we talked as I am not very technically minded, and was able to resolve my issue.

The customer advisor rude

The customer advisor was not great, I was informed that they have merged with BeFibre (which is the reason we want to change the provider) and when I've made that clear, instead of trying to help me , she said just that she will transfer me to cancellations and she just hang up ! Will not be using them for sure !!!

Jesson was very polite and and understood our WiFi issue and tried hard to resolve it himself. After a while he said he would have to refer it to their senior IT team based in the UK as it was a some complex matter and he also said if their senior IT team are unable to resolve it, then ZZOOMM would send an Engineer out to us.

Easy contract renewal

Received my notification today that my 12-month contract is ending the End of April 2026. Called to renew the contract. Received excellent advise from Mary and the contract was efficiently extended on the spot. Well done. In addition booked a visit for router update. Very polite and professional interaction to solve my topics. Happy to recommend Zzoomm including the customer service, as you still get a person on the phone. Thank you.
