Bad attitude

I was extremely disappointed by the driver's attitude. The car was not The normal Lincoln therefore it was too small to accommodate our luggage. He blamed me for not mentioning the No of bags on the booking. I replied that regardless, you advertise 3 bags and up to 4 pax, therefore he should have been ready for it. He was so rude.

When booking on the app the option of number of passengers and luggage's are not entered manually. We will forward your incident to Upper Management as well as our drivers relations department.
