We recently purchased the Perfect Sleep Pad. At first the unit was great. It cooled extremely well. The settings are easy to understand and it is pretty quiet. This is the good news.
About 2 months of use, the unit stopped cooling properly. It does not cool below 22 Deg C when I am in the bed. It used to easily get to 13-14 Deg C and stay there all night. As I said, very comfortable.
We have tried contacting the company several times with no response. We are just looking for help as to why the unit stopped cooling down after initially working so well. We performed all of the maintenance and flushing etc with no change in the performance.
We are really just hoping someone from the company will contact us so we can figure out what the problem is. I do no like leaving poor reviews on products that really do seem to work. More frustrated with the service than the product at this point. Thanks.
