I ordered a pair of Sutro Lite Oakley, they sent the wrong pair, I sent it back, they made a mistake on the refund of the return label, but they completely refunded that amount later on. BUT they are ignoring my emails and they haven't given me an answer on what will happen, if they are going to send me a new pair of glasses or my money back. It has been 1,5 weeks now and still no answer. Absolutely terrible.
