Wanted a refund for my 2nd month…

Wanted a refund for my 2nd month membership since I am no longer able to go to the gym since I paid for it and wasn’t able to cancel on time. However, instead of giving a refund to the customer you would rather eat up all the money. Good way to keep up your business.

Hi there, thanks for leaving us this review. We are sorry to see this is 1 star.

As per the terms and conditions, all direct debit payments are non-refundable. It is the members responsibility to ensure their direct debit has been cancelled at least 4 working days before payment is due. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
