I recently had my heating system upgraded from oil to an air source heat pump, as well as loft/ flat roof insulation and ventilation strategy, followed by solar panels on my roof.

Firstly Dean from switch energy and Jamie from JCPB heating came out to survey my home to ensure it was compatible with the new heating system plus assessed what work would need to be done. Both Dean and Jamie was very knowledgeable and helpful.

My home was insulated by Newholme Ltd as well as over seeing the ventilation in the home ensuring it was effective and appropriate. The team of guys coming into my home to achieve this was friendly and worked hard to get the job done. Steve and team doing the trickle vents was very polite and friendly. All involved made a conscious effort to clean up after the work had been done. Liam the electrician who came out to fit/ fix DMEV fans in my wet rooms was also very professional, respectful and friendly.

Rob and Luke plus the team from JCPBheating spent three days installing the air source heat pump as well as re-piping the full heating system in my home and replacing all my radiators in each room. I couldn’t praise these two enough, they carried out the work to a high standard and quickly found solutions to any issues that arose. Both Rob and Luke were very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful, friendly and worked hard to get the job done. They explained to me in detail how the system worked and now myself and my two small boys are enjoying a warm and cosy home just in time for the winter months.

Soon after I had my solar panels done, the teams who came out to erect the scaffolding and install the solar panels worked efficiently and got the job done with no issues. Also a friendly team of guys.

All of the work was over seen by Beatrice from switch energy working as the project manager. Beatrice kept in regular contact with myself, updating me through out the full process. Beatrice was fast acting when I contacted her and was always reachable.
