Worse than trying to pass a bill in Congress
Dealing with this people to get the FIRST ORDER sent out is more intricate than passing a bill in Congress. Spare yourself wasted time and back and forth emails with their oddly repetitive mislabeling the order and go to other providers. I've lost more hair being upset and stressed with their incompetence than I could gain with their proposed solution. Let's see how they handle a refund now that I requested canceling the order.
