Charlette V. walked me through my yearly renewal stage. She was extremely helpful and patient with all of my questions. She guided me in the proper direction to make sure that my health would not conflict with Happy Head products by informing the medical staff. Charlette did so quickly and I received my order without delay. I highly recommend Happy Head not only for its effectiveness, but also for it's great customer service!
