Tired of begging!

First, I ordered happy head about four months ago and didn’t receive my first time order discount and had to contact them to get them to reimburse me. Then a couple of months went by with everything OK on auto pay and then I started getting emails two and three times a week to update my medical information to keep my product coming. I did that every time they ask and after about the 15th time I called them and it still didn’t stop and I believe I made a second call, then they stopped. Then a couple weeks later I didn’t receive my product called and they profusely apologize and told me it was going to be expedited and now I’m sitting here on my eighth day with no product and no information. I’m about to tell them to go get screwed and just go back to himms!!🤬
