Bought 3 ($750!!) VIP tickets to see Andrew Huberman in Brisbane, Australia. Received an email that we have a gift package to collect, they didn't advice that the stall will only be open at the start of the show, so when I went to pick up after the show, they were no where to be found, emailed them and received a sorry not sorry reply!
