My positive experience

Thought I would leave a review since majority on here are negative. I ordered some labels with Hipi before the bank holiday, it didn't come on estimated date and I looked on TrustPilot and got worried. However, I reached out via email to the company and they asked me to just wait until the weekend to see if the labels arrived, and they did. Labels look exactly as they do on the website and they stick well, good high quality image and text. The customer service person that assisted me was Karoline, she was very helpful and kind.

I give the benefit of the doubt that the delay happened because of bank holiday, and only reason for 4 stars is because of the slight delay, but besides that I can't fault it.
