I'm still waiting on my order to be delivered, but when I went to the website to try and track it, it claims that my tracking number doesn't exist.

Hi Vilawan,
We have contacted you right after this review and I hope you have received the package. Unfortunately this comes from delivery service and we cannot do anything much about this except communicating with them about the delivery progress.
