Similar to the other customers below, I have had an issue with the quality and VAT charges upon return.

Quality - the materials are not breathable at all and the T-shirts have very cheap fabric.

VAT charges - FiveFourFive.it do not document their return labels and invoice for you properly so you incur VAT charges, unlike many other online marketplace websites (ssense, mytheresa, cettire, farfetch); when you ask them to help dispute, they say that I should do it... even though they pay the VAT charge on your behalf.
