Excellent customer support when broken earrings

My daughters earrings broke after only 2 months. The pin fell off. I contacted IOAKU support and got immediate reply. I sent them pictures of the earrings. The support made arrangements so my daughter got new earrings (different style this time). They even went through extra trouble to find exactly the ones my daughter wanted though they were out of stock. Fast and excellent service. Absolutely brilliant! Would definitely recommend!
