We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are working alongside the contacted cleaning team and facilities management, to ensure concerns are addressed in club. We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym. Thanks, PureGym
