Poor customer service and being ignored

I’ve had numerous faults since purchasing the vehicle, all of which have now been sorted luckily under warranty. I had lack of communication for 3 weeks whilst my vehicle was in for repair at Lookers Renault, Chester and not only that, but also received unprofessional behaviour, failure to meet promises they made and Renault Kia, Chester selling me a faulty car.

I emailed both the person who sold me my car, Sebastian & head of servicing at Renault Simon nearly 3 weeks ago, 28th Nov, and since then have been ignored and not replied to any of my 3 emails.

Would advise people to stay away from this dealership if this is how they will treat their customers who are purchasing new cars which costs alot
