J'ai commandé le 29 novembre et je n'ai toujours rien reçu, malgré un mail qui me dit de ne pas m'inquiéter. C'est honteux et même quand je vais pour suivre mon colis, c'est bloqué au 3 décembre. J'ai commandé assez tôt pour recevoir mon colis pour la Noël et nous sommes le 17 décembre et je n'ai toujours rien. J'aimerais être remboursée. C'est de l'arnaque. Véronique Pector

Unfortunately, during this time the courier is experiencing significant operational slowdowns, which may cause prolonged tracking stagnation without necessarily indicating that the parcel has been lost. The lack of tracking updates does not automatically mean the shipment is missing, but rather that it is held at a sorting center.
That said, we have already taken charge of the report and are following the case directly with the courier to obtain a clear update as soon as possible. Should the shipment be confirmed as lost, we will evaluate together the most appropriate solution, ensuring full customer protection.
We also understand the inconvenience related to the possibility of having to repurchase the product at full price, and we sincerely apologize for this situation.
