Proxies not working, poor support, refund refused despite prior policy confirmation
I purchased 100 dedicated IPs from RoundProxies. Before buying, I confirmed their refund policy and was assured that a refund would be possible if the proxies did not work within the first 24 hours.
The proxies were delivered instantly, but none of them worked. Every test resulted in a “Received HTTP code 407 from proxy after CONNECT” error. I tested them from my local terminal, a server environment, and through the FoxyProxy browser extension. The issue was the same everywhere.
When I contacted support, the experience was very poor. Instead of properly investigating, they kept saying the proxies were working and blamed the issue on my side. I provided full proof, but it was ignored. Eventually, they said they would pass the issue to their dev team and respond within six hours. I did not receive a meaningful resolution.
At this point, my time had already been wasted. I am simply asking for a refund for proxies that do not work, which matches the condition discussed before purchase. Unfortunately, they stopped responding and refused to process the refund.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

We have mentioned in the ticket we had together that one of our team members would be checking your issue within the next 6 hours and working on a solution - and if no solution was found, provide a full refund as mentioned in our ToS. During the time you talked with one of our team members, the dev team was not online and therefore not able to help.
Nevertheless, within 4 hours (2 hours earlier) we resolved your reported issues and fixed your proxies (+ added some proxies for free on top, as an excuse from our site), and they are all now working without any issues. The team has also answered all your concerns and questions in the ticket - as promised by our team member, we resolved everything in time.
If there should be any questions/concerns left, feel free to check your ticket with us and we will be happy to answer them all (as we already did before).
