I ordered 3 shirts, the fabric felt cheap so I wanted to return them 2 days after they arrived. This is the response I got:

1. An exchange for a different size/item to better suit your needs.( You can receive the correct sizes / different item without returning the original items. All you need to do is cover a $15 reshipment fee.This saves you the cost and hassle of purchasing a return label, which would be about the same. Due to high tariffs and import fees, returning items to USA can be very expensive for both you and us that is why we offer this option. Many of our customers choose this option and gift or donate the original shirts locally.)

2. Receive store credit for the full value of your purchase.

3. Get a refund of 30% and you may keep the item.
