Moved halfway across the country and paid for full service from packing to full insurance and unloading of the boxes at the destination. Upon arrival, found that many pieces were not wrapped properly and just tossed on top of other boxes. Metadata in photos shows damage and location of the damage. Claim submitted to Mayflower, but their third-party inspector took months to inspect. They denied my claim for the damaged items because I had purchased a house after I moved into this house. They would not even be reasonable in accommodating my claim. Spent nearly $20,000 to move would not recommend them at all.
