I gave an initial review with 5 stars, delivery spot on, no parts missing, easy to assmble, however, lots of gaps when finished the assembly, first decent period of rain found its way into the summer house, all in all a shoddy fit, ive spent longer filling the gaps, some quite large with caulk.
Whoever manufactures these buildings needs to re assess the process.

We are really pleased to hear that your initial experience with delivery and assembly was positive, but we are sorry to hear about the issues you encountered following installation, particularly with gaps and water ingress. That is understandably frustrating.
As this is a self-assembly building, final fit can sometimes be affected by factors such as the base, levelling, and how the structure is installed. That said, the product should still meet a good standard once correctly assembled.
We are disappointed that we were not contacted before this review was placed, as we would have been very happy to assist. In situations like this, we can work directly with the manufacturer, whom you left your first positive review, in order to review any concerns, provide guidance, or arrange replacement parts where appropriate.
