What an absolute nightmare

What an absolute nightmare. Avoid at all cost. No way you can talk to a human being. Ordered 4 matching tyres only 2 arrived the other 2 cancelled out of stock although still showing as available on the website. I requested 4 replacement matching tyres or my total outlay refunded and what was the procedure for returning the 2 tyres I was stuck with. then the week long nightmare began. Wouldn't answer emails opened a ticket on the website 4 messages left and no reply. Left a message on WhatsApp and ended up conversing with Ai for a week. Did everything Ai advised still no reply. Spoke to my bank who advised me to wait 15 days then try and get a charge back. This was my last message on the ticket after a week and then to avoid refunding the whole amount they refunded me for the 2 missing tyres and still no contact . After a truly horrendous experience I'm now stuck with 2 tyres after ordering a new set from Oponeo which came within 2 days hassle free. Absolutely horrendous. Avoid . Unfortunately I can't leave less than 1 star 😕 feel free tyreleader to comment with your Ai below

As you’ve already created a support ticket and sent several messages, we won’t ask you to open a new one. We’re escalating your case internally now so an agent can review it as a priority and come back to you with the appropriate next steps regarding the 2 tyres you received (return procedure and the options available, depending on the order details).

To help us locate your file quickly, could you reply here with your ticket number (or order number), or add a short message to the existing ticket with the subject “Review site escalation”? An agent will then pick it up and respond as soon as possible.

Regarding the stock issue: availability can change very quickly and, in some cases, the website update may lag — but we understand how frustrating it is when you ordered a full matching set and only part of it could be fulfilled. We’ll make sure this is checked in your case as well.
