Ordered 3m and 2m length of Walnut worktop next day delivery. Both were cupped and the 3m had a chip in the A side and a large gouge down one edge.

Customer service would have had them back as returns but when you have tradesmen waiting there's no time.

We managed to use what they sent, not perfect but it works.

They offered a measly 15% discount as recompense.

Would never use them again as they obviously don't inspect before delivery. Make sure you have time to inspect and return anything you get from this company.
