Completely frustrated with this company. Have called countless times to inform them of parcels being literally thrown over our gate (some with ‘fragile’ taped all over them), the driver does not even attempt to press the gate buzzer. Lost count of the number of times we have received ‘sorry we missed you’ emails when we have been there waiting to accept the parcel. We have even had parcels left OUTSIDE our gate. All of the above has been captured on CCTV which has been sent to DPD. Shocked to find the rating on TP is so high as the majority of customers seem to of experienced a service that we last enjoyed several years ago. So frustrated it is impossible to put into words that are acceptable.

Ordered 2 bikini’s from Harvey Nichols for my holiday. I became concerned when one arrived but no sign of the other. I contacted CS & was assured that the remaining bikini would arrive in time before my departure. It did not. Not only that but having just returned from my vacation & having opened my post, I have discovered that the parcel from HN was completely empty!!! Not even a receipt inside. Having used HN for years without any issue I was surprised to read the most recent posts - it would appear this is not an isolated case though. Such a shame.

Having been with this practice for 17 years I am reluctant to change, however, since being taken over by Medivet last year I am now looking elsewhere. Outrageous price increases, inconsistent pricing for treatment (charged differently at separate times for same treatment) & extremely rude reception staff. My most recent visit was to collect wormers & flea treatments for my 4 dogs. A bill totalling well over £200. Basic customer service should include a smile, a please when asking for money & a thank you. My 9 year old could manage this but it proved too much for the receptionist on duty. May I suggest the member of staff concerned changes their role to more of a back office one possibly working with animals under anaesthetic. Basic common courtesy you’d think but they failed miserably. I have 11 pets registered at this practice but I’m afraid I am no longer prepared to settle for this kind of service also taking into consideration the huge price increase which has been implemented. Massively disappointed
