Have been using Quick Meds for a few years now and the service is so good. I do a lot of repeat ordering but if there is ever a time when I did to speak with someone I have always found this easy to do and the call can be lengthy as they really take their time and make sure you are satisfied.
I wanted to host a pre-Christmas meal for my friends before we all disappear to our families for Christmas. I reached out to Take A Chef with my chosen date. Quickly I had a choice of three chefs. I went with Chef Marius. Communication was great from the start, from menu choices, advice on dishes and presentation. Lots of communication during the run up and on the day. Perfect timing and a very calm personality, arrived looked around the kitchen and began to do his thing! Then my guests arrived and lots of interaction between chef and them. We then sat for our starters. Chef Marius chatted through what he was serving us and then asked how we would like our mains cooked. Lovely presentation and everyone enjoyed all three courses, with a mixture of lamb and beef fillet for main everyone said it was divine. For a surprise at the end Chef Marius presented us with a lovely cheese board and biscuits and my kitchen was left as if he had never been! Everyone was fully impressed.
I've bought quite a range of products recently for a new kitchen which included sockets and light switches. Great range of inserts as well. The first range came damaged so I sent it all back and reordered. Really helpful on the telephone with the trouble shooting and the return and replacement. The products have now been installed and they look stunning.

Polite and courteous and made an effort to locate me and not just dump and run. I was in the garden and I gave a wave and he waved back and I went to collect the parcel from him.
Really easy to find what I wanted and great quick communication. Delivery was slow but I know they had delays and when I chased they responded and gave an accurate update.
Easy ordering, delivery was a bit slow but that’s more the couriers problem than Ted’s. Products were as expected and sizing as previous so no returns needed.

My son has received Toucan for a few years now and was especially helpful during lockdown. We’ve had one or two boxes that just don’t work, i.e. fiddly or too delicate to do anything with, but generally they are worth having and they are varied.
I had a problem with the website, it didn’t register my monthly selection and therefore I didn’t receive my delivery. However, a quick email and within the next few days all resolved and box received in the post.

Great service and delivery. I live on the first floor so no problem with taking it to where I want it. I haven’t fully used it to it’s full capacity but so far all good.
Didn’t wait too long for an engineer and the fault was instantly sorted out, he knew what it was before he arrived from my description. And a few weeks after and the tumble dryer is still working fine. I only gave four stars as I was annoyed that I was pressured into taking out cover in order to not have to pay the engineer if no fault was found. I declined this because the machine was less than a year old and has a two year warranty in place and I was 100% certain there was a fault, it wouldn’t dry clothes. Kind of wipes out the point of having a warranty in the first place??
