If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought some bowls advertised as Le Creuset cereal bowls. It wasn't until I redeemed the Wowcher that I noticed the dimensions of the bowl. 12cm diameter. That's not a cereal bowl. I immediately contacted them for clarification and the supplier said the dimensions were correct. I have screenshots showing them advertised as cereal bowls and the plates on the same ad were advertised as dinner plates despite actually being small side plates. Over a week ago I said I wanted to cancel the order. I've received 2 emails from the supplier offering ANOTHER SET of the same uselessly small bowls, or a refund minus postage. I replied twice saying I want a refund and there's no postage because they haven't been sent out. Over a WEEK later I've been told the goods have now been dispatched to me. That's 8 days AFTER I cancelled. The advert was deliberately misleading, the photos are not of the goods you are buying. The text is at odds with the dimensions. "Dinner plates for entertaining guests" - 22cm. "Matching cereal bowls" - 12cm. Avoid this company. I feel like I've been absolutely conned.
Edit: Wowcher's response below is ludicrous. I've been talking to them for over a week and they've achieved nothing.

AVOID!!!

Wish I had looked at Trustpilot.com before I ordered. The shoes are really uncomfortable and already they're quibbling about refunding my money. I feel like an idiot for falling for the blurb about "barefoot" feeling shoes. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Cheap, flimsy products

The toys/goods supplied are cheap, flimsy and tacky, not worth what they're being sold for. Would not use again.

Polite, efficient, punctual.

The team of two was polite, efficient and quick at removing a very awkward and large piece of furniture from upstairs. I was pleased and impressed. Communication was good and they came when they said they would, or in fact slightly earlier.

Fully concur with other reviewers. Awful company, awful products. I tried to cancel my order less than 2 hours after ordering. On their website it says you can cancel within 12 hours. They ignored me and sent the items anyway. They're poor quality, badly made, look nothing like the photos in the advertising and are several sizes too small. I'm just waiting for 15 days to pass so I can ask my bank to charge it back. AVOID.

Not in the least bit nice or enjoyable.

I guess I should have known by my age that you shouldn't believe adverts, but hope springs eternal....Unfortunately the meal replacements, apart from the bars, are pretty awful. (Dehydrated flavoured noodles or pasta.) Really unpleasant stuff. The shakes are passable. The soups are meh. I can't imagine eating nothing but this stuff for weeks or months. Good luck to anyone who can.

"Christmas Cards" more like postcards

Received my "Christmas Cards" - they are each a single sheet of flat card, printed on one side. No fold, nowhere to write a message, no way to stand them up. Very disappointed. Printing is fine but I can't send them to anyone.

Quick delivery, nice cabinet

Quick delivery, pretty easy to put the cabinet together even just for me on my own. A nice looking little piece of furniture. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately there was no allen key in the box. Luckily I found I had one of the right size in the house and I was able to construct the cabinet, but it would have been a problem otherwise.

I was sent the wrong item

I was sent the wrong item. When I called to return the item, the thing I had actually ordered was now out of stock. The incorrect item was promptly picked up. I'm now waiting for my refund. Not the best customer experience.

Thanks for your reply, I realise thst this was a glitch with the website, because I noticed it and pointed it out to you. I was just very disappointed that the item I had originally ordered had gone out of stock during the period while I was dealing with the return of the incorrect item. If the item I'd ordered could have been sent, I would have been happy. The combination of circumstances made it a very poor experience, when the website was saying there were 2 in stock and then I was told there were actually none. Anyway. Thanks for getting back to me.

Quick and easy experience.

The man came to measure up as promised and was polite and friendly. He was done very quickly. The carpet came in a few days later, I called to arrange fitting and a few days after that it was fitted. A very quick and easy experience. The fitter called before he arrived to give me an approx time, and arrived when he said he would. I was very happy with the results.

I feel ignored and neglected

I've asked the team to write my extremely simple and straightforward Will. The first appointment went fine and I explained what I wanted. That was about 7 weeks ago. Since then I've had to chase every step of the way. I only received the draft after chasing. The draft was sent to me with no covering letter, just a blank sheet of paper. The person I'd been allocated to failed to respond to my emails. I rang and was told I'd now been reallocated to another person. I was told last week that she would now urgently respond to my email. I'm still waiting. I've lost all confidence in this service. Goodness knows what they'd been like with anything complicated. I'm only redrafting my will because my husband died suddenly and unexpectedly in January. I thought Coop was a name to trust. Instead they've just created more stress for me during the most stressful time in my entire life.

Good value and good service

Prompt dispatch to UK and even with postage, cheaper than the UK on brands like Le Creuset. Takes a little while to arrive, maybe 10 days from order, but very well packaged and zero breakages.

Nothing like the advertisement

The jackets I purchased took weeks to arrive and when they came bore no resemblance to the advertisement. They were meant to be cotton/linen but turned out to be a cheap, nasty, thin, polyester mix. They were both meant to be the same size, but one fit me and the other was too small. I recommend that you avoid this company.

Very pleased with Suri so far!

I received my order quickly and I'm very happy with the toothbrush. The main selling point for be was the long battery life and true to its word, I've only charged it twice so far in the approx six weeks since I got it, including the first charge. The toothbrush feels efficient, looks great and no trailing wires on the shelf any more, just a neat magnetic wall mounting. I bought a second one for my husband just before Christmas.

Absolutely appalling service

Absolutely appalling service. Wallpaper looked nothing like photo on site. Returned it within 3 days and have since simply been ignored. No refund yet forthcoming. I have proof it was delivered back to them, and will take legal action. Steer clear!!! Edit: Refund received after threat of legal action. Revising my review to 2 stars from 1. I still would never use this company again.

I was looking for a fairly cheap but pretty watch to tide me over until I can afford to replace my broken Olivia Burton watch and this Lipsy watch is easy to read, pretty and very affordable. The service was excellent, the watch arrived very quickly. I'm happy all round.

Our patches were dermatologically tested and classified as kind and safe to skin, but on occasions people with more sensitive skin can experience irritation. Even though in 83% of people in our customer trial reported that the patches helped with their discomfort, we are aware that when it comes to the complex subject of chronic pain, there are no one-size-fits-all solutions. Firstly, by way of explanation I would like to run through the timeline of your order; We received your order on Friday 18th March at 1.27pm and so began to prepare it the same day. We then dispatched your order on Monday 21st March at 2.48pm which is within the 3-5 working days we state on our website for dispatching orders. The Royal mail tracking shows that your order was delivered on Wednesday 23rd March at 13.21. While I understand your disappointment, we did deliver your order within the time frame we state on our website. May I also take the time to advise that if an order is required faster than the standard 48-hour delivery that was chosen at the time of ordering we do also offer a DPD 24-hour delivery service.

I do of course understand your frustration and we very much value our customers so if you don't mind, I will arrange for one of my customer services colleagues to contact you and see if there is any way we can try to reduce your disappointment and try to keep you as a valued customer.
