I found the website a model of clarity…

I found the website a model of clarity and was able to select what I wanted in minutes. I didn't use the tracking as I was told my batteries would be sent second class post and to allow five days, and they turned up in four in good order. Very impressed.

I have been a member of WPA for many years

I have been a member of WPA for many years and the service is always excellent. For example today I needed advice on sending to HQ a special claim form I had never seen before. I consider myself computer literate but this form was beyond me so I rang Customer Services.

A very helpful (might I say charming) lady went through step by step what I had to do. She even waited until I'd transmitted the form so she could check it had arrived at HQ successfully.

She could not have done more for me and it was superb service.

Excellent service at every stage

All the large mobile companies get bad reviews and I assume it's because those of us who are happy usually fail to say so. I recently got advice from Three and found staff in my local shop were informed and very helpful. Their 'small print' in booklets was precise and detailed and their tariffs easy to understand. They are far ahead of the other large operators in every respect. I took the plunge and got a Galaxy Note 3. Within a day I was automatically on 4G. I went back for a little advice afterwards and they were so helpful. O yes, and the price was far cheaper than the others for 4G and with the bonus of unlimited data. I couldn't be more pleased.
