I was in a dangerous place broken down with a disabled 96 year old in a wheelchair in the back. AA call centre understood the urgency and a patrol was with me in just 15 minutes. I was hooked up and towed home very quickly. They really were a life saver and I cannot recommend or thank them enough.

Never had any issues with this company and have insured a few different classic cars with them over the years. It is annoying though that every year I get a quote that's gone up, I do a search of comparison site, find it cheaper n then they come back and do it for nearly the same, so why can't they just give the cheapest price from the start. To be fair most companies such as insurance, breakdown etc all do it. Just give us your best price from the start!!

Very helpful. Optician explained everything very clearly and did a very thorough examination. Staff were all smart and friendly. Took my 95 year old mother for her eye test as well and they were very patient and Took the time to explain everything to her. Her glasses were ready in just under a week and they fit well.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Boiler started leaking, rang Worcester bosch n they booked me in for the next day. Rang me back within an hour and said they could actually come out same day as I rang. Engineer rang 15 mins before arrival identified the problem but didn't have the part on the van. Was back next morning and fixed within 2 hours. Very pleasant friendly and polite, cleaned up after the fix. Really could not have asked for better service. The price was great as well around £240 fixed price including call out, labour and parts. Local heating engineer said it would cost him near that for parts alone.

Have used Hermes on multiple occasions to receive and deliver parcels. Never had an issue and always been delivered quickly and undamaged. Tracking is great and helped me to prove that a parcel I had sent had been delivered, despite the dodgy buyers attempting to claim a refund for non-delivery. Geo tracking showed exactly where the driver had delivered it and I was able to download a copy of the recepients signature, counter acting his attempt at a fraudulent claim. Would definitely recommend this delivery service.

Easy to deal with and great price, although initially quoted £162 fully comp for a Porsche 928, did comparison site check and was offered it for £112. Rang performance direct to say wasn't renewing as lower price found, they then came down to £117. Why do companies do this ? Why not just give their best price in the first place !! Service has been good and call centre staff good. Just give the best price on renewal quote to save us all having to ring up.

I ordered a mug with photo and text as a present for a friend, it was very easy to do on the website, the finished product when it was delivered was exactly as per the website and good quality. The garage door company turned up early to give me quote so I wasn't hanging around, took minutes to measure up and price the job with no hard sell. They kept me informed of the expected delivery date and then rang me when the door came in stock. It was then fitted the same week. The fitters were excellent, they turned up bang on time, did the job quickly and left no mess at all. The door looks, fits and works great and has made a big improvement to the overall look of the house. The fitters were very pleasant, friendly and professional and gave me a full demonstration of the door and its fittings. I cant fault the job at all and would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality well fitted garage door at a competitive price.
