I done all I was asked & still no refund, told me to get back to the seller, which was a waiste of time all he ever answerd was OK.So don't order through whsleby2016. Have been with eBay for many years so very dissapointed they didn't refund me $40.14 not a fortune.

I live in Australia, so sorting things out in the UK by phone can be hard, so I sent an email to Octopus on the 5th of November, thinking I would probably have to send more, but to my surprise, I had a reply the very next day sorting my issue, out straight away thank you so very much, Ellis, you are a star. Rented a car from Northern Perimeter…

Rented a car from Northern Perimeter Road London 24/4/24 till 21/5.24 rental Agreement 44DPSB on returning explained several complaints to a female who checked our car in gave us her name as Omar, she apologised & offered us a 50 pounds refund, explained this may take a couple of days. here we are 6 weeks later 8 phone calls 3 emails but still nothing, I spoke to Pradiptya who sent an email on our behalf, but no reply, spoke to Michael said he would sort it, and then Demmi Rose said someone would call us explained we are in AU still nothing. this is so bad. So be very careful anyone if you are expecting a refund. Jan Sharp

I have been with XE Currency for a long…

I have been with XE Currency for a long time & am disgusted with how long this is taking, I transferred from my UK bank to my AU bank, I always do the transaction early morning & the money is in my account by the close of day, maybe taking so long you should give back some interest that you are making holding this money. Bought items from the Balmain 2 store…

Bought items from the Balmain 2 store inside the Dubai Mall and asked two different shop assistants if they were FAKE both said no spent 2128 GBP for items for our son's Christmas & birthdays, only to find once back home they were FAKE. I have emailed the store and did get one reply saying it had been passed on absolutely nothing yet over 16 days. Be very careful if you are thinking of buying any items in Dubai Mall

We have been very patient with this company and sent loads of emails explaining our problem. Did get 2 replies both saying would get back to us within 3 to 5 working days, weeks later had a reply only to tell me something that was not the problem.
Be very careful if you book a car with these as will take a Debit card for the booking but when you go to collect will only accept a Credit card, which we did not have so had to pay another 685 GBP and already had paid 883 GBP including extra insurance cover a real rip off. Jan Sharp

In regards the the debit card not being accepted. I am sorry for the inconvenience. The location only accepts credit cards. The terms and conditions is on the ACE website.

Payment Options
This location does not accept Debit or prepaid credit cards. Solo, Visa Electron, any un- embossed masestro/credit/debit cards are not accepted At time of pick up a Pre-authorization will be taken against card; the amount of which will vary depending on vehicle size. £1205 for mini, economy, compact, and intermediate sedans. £1405.00 for standard and full size sedans, 5-passenger SUVs, and wagons. £1705.00 for 7 seat vehicles and £2505.00 for 8/9 seat, prestige and elite vehicles. Discounted Multiple day rates are valid for full term only. Early Returns will be charged regular daily rate. Your rental may have mandatory, local insurance requirements that result in additional charges at the time of rental.

Please be very careful using this car hire company, as we have had to pay extra money because we did not have a master card even though we had paid extra insurance & full amount for the car, they charged us another 680 GBP Disgusting so go to another rent a car company.

Please be very careful using Ace rent a car .com.
We have just had to pay an extra £680 for insurance even though we had already payed full ins cover with CarJet.
We so could have done without this after a 25 hr flight from Australia for my husbands sisters funeral to be with his 93yr mother.
Disgusting customer service.
So be aware.

I went through CarJet.comparing them & taking out extra insurance paid in full by Debit card.Collected the cat through Green Motion but had to pay an extra £680 because I did not have a Master Card+£400 deposit when I had already paid CarJet £895.43 this has got to be a scam of some sort so all be very careful. Be careful if you take out cover with Domestic & General by Direct Debit, as I have had 2 months' payments go out in one month when I phoned they said as I phoned in early it was taken but would be sorted next August, why should I have to wait so long for my money. This is such a shame as I have been with them many years & have always trusted them.

I am sorry to say that the rate I am…

I am sorry to say that the rate I am quoted when I call in is still different to the one that comes up on my phone app, I have set this up 3 times but still not the same as phoning in.

Also I have been told that as I have been with you for some time that the rate I get was just a bit better than new people is this true or not.

So can I please just call to do get the rate, I am happy to have the contract number sent by email for me to do my part with the bank, if so could you PLEASE have this on my account so I don’t have to go through all the upset it has been causing me over the last few transactions.
