I ordered a bat online and received it promptly without the 'protection pack' that the website stated came as standard. As soon as I queried this they asked me to send the bat back and the problem was quickly resolved. So excellent service, although I would have preferred not to have the problem in the first place.
I haven't used the bat but it looks and feels really good.

Whole system worked efficiently, as expected. No difficulties in general and easy to keep tabs on daily spend and exchange rates applied, which I think were fair.
In the past we had a debit card from a French account so we didn't realise that UK debit cards have to be pre-authorised at the kiosk to get fuel at petrol stations in France. If this could be resolved somehow then it would be perfect.

I was recommended to use Pure Currency following the recent sale of a French property. The repatriation of the cash to the UK was easy, quick and good value. You actually deal with a human rather that an app.

Online help was very good. I received the right part within a day or so. No complaints.

I use both HiFX and Moneycorp to transfer money abroad, maybe 4 or 5 times per year. I always get a quote from both companies before deciding which one to use and it's normally 55:50 on my decision. Most recently, the HiFX quotation was best. Both companies are equally reliable, but I find the HiFX website and method of transfer easier to use (ie just paying with a debit card).

The shed was delivered as promised at a convenient time. It went together well, taking best part of a Sunday to assemble it on my own. All the bits were there and it's just what I needed - reasonable quality at a very good price.
