Deceitful advertising

Deceitful advertising, the goods were shipped did not even closely match the description! The mattress topper, that was the highest priced amongst all others, was not worth even one fifth of what arrived, an absolutely disgraceful piece of junk that we immediately returned and purchased a premium product elsewhere for a fraction of a price instead! There appears to be a ton of "snake oil sellers" on Wayfair now so buyers beware!

Absolutely disgraceful service

Absolutely disgraceful service! I bought the tyre, what supposed to be in stock at certain price, paid immediately and waited for my tyre to arrive! Only several days later, when tyre was supposed to arrive, they sent me an e-mail stating that the tyre type is sold out on certain depot's but it is available on their other depot's but at different (higher) price. What a load of monke...business. After all, after logging in to their web-site, there was no option to add the requested price difference, only cancellation and requesting refund, which I also did as I was not going to use this company ever again after this experience! I've been buying 1000's of Euros/Pounds worth of tyres online so they lost valuable customer over extra 6 Eur that they were attempting to swindle out of me! I've been buying from Oponeo for example, never an issue! Pneus Online, good buy, find some other fools but not me!

Where do I start

Where do I start! This company is actually on par with worst crooks out there! I ordered a drill press from them by Stanley brand. The parcel took a while to arrive, which did not bother me a bit, however, when it arrived, the box was apparently broken from one corner but those things happen' and if the padding inside are good, usually it is no issue so I commenced to unpack and assemble the drill press. The quality of item itself was average but again, obviously not an issue as I did not need a top end product at the time for premium price. However, after assembling the tool, the drill did not power on! Went over everything and apparently there was a damage to electric cord connecting switchboard to motor, cable severed and covered with some kind of white paint! OK, contacted Toolsidee (or shall I say FOOLSIDEE) customer service along with four photos of item attached, just as requested on their web site (they request three photos)! Got no reply so tried a different avenue by contacting them via e-mail. Wonder, wonder, got the reply from a girl called Chantal. She was asking 5 photos in this occasion, which I sent. To be mentioned here, that their entire language was a rather cold, unfriendly and filled with all sorts of warnings etc. right off the back! Not very friendly service! I took a new set of photos, whatever they asked - close up, from top of the box with label clearly visible etc. except, I could not take a photo of item still packed in box as I had already assembled it! She came back again stating that without this specific photo (disregarding my explanation and other photos where damage was obvious) they are unable to handle the claim! Naturally, I never realised before that I should have been much more careful with this company and should have documented entire process of unpacking but then again, I did not expect any issues when ordered either! Anyway, the only way to rectify this situation would have been taking the drill apart again, retrospectively pack it back into the shipping box as it came, take a photo and send it to them (of course still without any guarantee that my claim would be positively resolved/handled)! However, I'm finding it totally ludicrous and unacceptable that they insist that without that photo they refuse to handle the claim! Anyway, few heated e-mails exchanged, in which Chantal very rudely and boldly responded, full of arrogance and completely unhelpful, I decided to take a hit and bin the situation as effectively they sold me unsafe, completely broken item but one's time and nerves are more valuable that arguing with some dumb chick from NO-GOOD company of crooks, scammers and thieves that they are!
I will not recommend anyone to buy from this crowd, they are totally incompetent and useless if anything goes wrong, blatantly refusing to help you and so your money would be entirely wasted!
There are better places to buy stuff!
If I could give this crowd a half a star I would and that alone would be overstatement, they wouldn't deserve even third of star!

we have answered your mails properly and asked questions, unfortunately you never responded to our mails.

our last mail of 26-7-24 we asked questions but never received an answer and therefore it was not picked up further.
Too bad because if we had received an answer it could have been resolved and you never responded again.

TWICE they took my money and TWICE they let me down

I am writing an honest review! While I made my homework reading other reviewers before buying anything from vidaXL (as I always do), it looked like it was worth the try, HOWEVER, I must report that my experience is not great with them unfortunately!
I ordered a bathroom mirror with shelving that they rather aggressively advertised as well. Looked a bit gimmicky but the price point at 91 Eur was OK so thought to give it a go! However, few days later they sent an e-mail stating that my order was cancelled due to lack of item in stock and that the refund will be processed within 10 days etc. (realistically probably 2 weeks before you see your money back)!
ANYWAY, I get it - it can happen and so I let it go! I then, immediately!!! at the point I got the e-mail about cancellation, I checked in to their online shop and picked out another colour variation of the same item! The colour I had previously ordered had been marked "out of stock" apparently a minutes before, likely due to my previous failed order being cancelled BUT the other colour I picked was still available! So I paid AGAIN for it and order was live! This morning however I got notification about cancellation ONCE AGAIN! NO ATTEMPT by vidaXL to explain OR OFFER ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS of any kind!
THE RIGHT ACTION would have been by them to offer an alternative colour variation that still existed in stock! They didn't! Point blank cancellation, no communication with customer - very bad service!
The first item I bought was White, then, when it was cancelled I chose Concrete Gray that also fits! CANCELLED again day later! YET, at this moment of writing, same item exists also in SONOMA GREY, that is close enough and if they did offer me the alternative, I would have gladly accepted! HOWEVER, since there is no communicating with customer whatsoever, I'm not going to purchase the same item in third variation the THIRD time around!
To me, sorry to say, THIS PLACE IS A "MONKEY BUSINESS"! I will never visit this place nor buy from them again, period! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME! You lost a potentially very valuable customer for life vidaXL!

I'll give you honest review

I'll give you honest review! I've been customer for a long time! I like the "readiness" of stock for motorists of any kind at any given time to be there if one needs something quick! The very large order I made was very appealing prospect, particularly for two reasons - quality of PRO level tool chests that are on PAR with likes of Snap On by my opinion yet cost is far, far lower and secondly - the Black Friday deal. I have nothing but praise for quality of items, however the service at the time of firstly planned collection date (Halfords do NOT offer shipping in Ireland!) LET YOU DOWN, miserably! After driving 40+ km to store on busy Saturday, some items misplaced, some missing etc. and store attendance were either COMPLETELY INEPT, unapologetic, or point plank rude and to add the insult to injury, after I was made to wait for nearly an hour for people desperately trying to get their heads around the simple problem, managing to damage one of my expensive items as well in a "process", I was finally told that card machine was DOWN as well, which if I was told at the beginning, could have resorted me leaving (and coming back another day) and not wasting hours of my time driving 40+ km, waiting endlessly, only seeing attendance running like headless chicken around a store with no solution forthcoming...
HOWEVER, at the weeks time when missing items were finally delivered and a nice gent rang from store to confirm this, after arriving to store WHAT A DIFFERENCE of professionalism this time around! The same gent was processing everything from getting the order ready, payment and help in loading (rather heavy items) in a jiffy and all in all an etalon of efficaciousness and productiveness so only a praise to gent whose name I managed to not capture.
In conclusion, as with any organisation I gather, it all comes to person! An individual that is there to provide a customer service can either BREAK- OR MAKE the reputation of a store, enterprise or otherwise! Regards to Halfords, either they really struggle to provide their clerks a proper remuneration and therefore facing difficulties finding (and holding on to) staffing OR they really do not address training OR both, in any case I only ever see a rather young- and inexperienced staff of possibly students earning an extra or otherwise but, likely due to no fault to their own, failing to deliver the sufficient customer service to achieve a decent customer experience that would be on par with quality of products they are selling!

We have been searching high and low for good printing house, who could offer quality, speed, value and service and I have to say that from all those companies we tried, one stands out proud - Goodprint!

They represent excellent value, speed, quality of service and print itself at best ratio one could wish for and their packaging is second to none to keep all tidy and neat.

We keep going back for all our printing needs and I would recommend this company to anyone in a heartbeat!
