Your courier leaves my parcels ( not…

Your courier leaves my parcels ( not the first time) on my drive when there is no cars on the drive and is in open view of the road. Anyone could just pick it up and take it. I was in but he didn't knock the door so I didn't know it was there straight away.

I will never shop at Lush again

I am very disappointed in my granddaughters shopping experience with Lush. We entered a lush store in Coventry just after four o’clock on Tuesday June 18th. My granddaughter spent about thirty-nine pounds on goods. My granddaughter gave the goods to the shop assistant at the cash desk. The shop assistant then proceeded to reel off something about a charity. Which I understand that she is just doing her job. I asked her to just take the payment because I needed to urgently leave the shop. She refused and basically said my granddaughter couldn’t have the goods unless she brought something for this charity she was talking about. So, my granddaughter spent five pounds on a tub of something she didn’t even know what it was so we could leave the shop with her goods. I am absolutely disgusted that she was pressurized into buying something she didn’t want. I also thought how embarrassed she would have been if she didn’t have any more money to spend apart from the goods she had brought. I want to warn people about this form of abuse. I have emailed the company - LUSH - they couldn't be bothered to answer let alone apologise. I definitely won’t be shopping in their shop again.
