Absolute joke of a company. Ordered a product for Xmas via Wowcher and this company, it eventually came and the box was battered. Thought it's fine, as long as the product is ok, which it was, but what I'd ordered was no where near as good as it had been described on the website so I arranged a refund and return and the postage was at my own expense. I recently checked the delivery status with the tracking number and it has been refused and is apparently on its way back to me. That was 2 weeks ago. Tried to get in touch and heard nothing back so I don't expect to get the product back nor do I expect to get a refund. Wish I'd have read the reviews beforehand as my experience is much like everyone else's. The company seems like an absolute scam.

Very very disappointed.
Originally I had ordered a base to go with the shed but decided against it so contacted GBD to cancel the base and remove it from my finance plan. I was informed it would be refunded once the shed had been delivered, I am STILL waiting for this refund.

Delivery was a bit hit and miss, originally it was scheduled to be delivered on the 2nd of November but delivery was attempted on the 27th of October, I refused and said I was rescheduling to a later date, it was then going to be redelivered on the 1st of November, even though I'd rescheduled for a later date. Eventually it came on the correct day, stacked on the back of a flatbed van with another order delivered by one man who took it off the truck for me take in. Definitely have someone to help you on delivery day.

The pictures on the website of the buildings make it look almost perfect, behind the scenes unfortunately does not compare. The craftsmanship leaves alot to be desired as alot of the parts don't match up in size, two of the gables are shorter than their adjoining part so when it comes to the roof there's a nice gap at the top. The back panels that join to the side gables at some point are shorter so there ended up being a gap between those aswell. The doors don't fit, the doorway gap is 44" and each door is 22" there needs to be a gap or the doors won't open so in effect they overlap and don't close properly without being cut to size.

Some of the wood that arrived was very wet and had already developed mould. Not only is the wood mouldy but some parts are broken/damaged.
I was sent a wrong pack with parts which thankfully we made work.
The packs... there was a bit of order to it and the instructions had a key, didn't exactly help very much, but those instructions... would have been good IF the parts had been labelled better "get a piece of wood, that may be this size, or this size, and may need cutting to the correct size"?

The roof felt was damaged and stuck to itself so when unraveling it ripped, so I've had to buy another.

This product was built by someone who knows what they're doing so it's not just a hash job by myself making the problems that have appeared.
Alot of the problems I have now seen appear on alot of other people's reviews, I just wish I'd read them before ordering. Now it's up, with ALOT of botch jobbing and adjustments it doesn't look too bad, hence the 2 stars instead of 1.

Absolute shambles of an energy company. I haven't been charged for gas in over a year, which they can no longer charge me for because it's over a year old. I am now massively in credit and want it back, and to change suppliers, but can't do/get either because they can't give me a final bill and charge me for gas properly even though I send meter readings off monthly.
Communication from them is slim to none, promised phone calls that don't happen, replies to emails or messages that aren't sent. I know alot of people are having issues with this company, it's about time they're closed down and forced to give their customers their money back and are allowed to leave.
